Welcome Dane University, an Ivy league school located in the capital of the United States, Washington DC - A city that houses some of the most influential and powerful people in the world. People that students at Dane University not only wants to be, but also are expected to be. These students are a part of the elite, academically and socially. But the competition is tough between the students and you never know who you can or cannot trust. Some of these students will kill to get what they want. Literally.
In the end of the school year 09/10, Oliver LeBevon was found dead from an overdose. But due to the fact that he was a young, healthy man or maybe that he had more enemies than Satan himself no one seems to quite believe that there aren’t dark secrets hidden behind in the mystery concerning his death.
Since his death it has been rumored that Oliver was a member of the Sons of Silence – a secret society for the crème de la crème of Dane University. Many theories say that his death might have had something to do with the Sons of Silence’s decade long fight with Kaos, another secret society at Dane University. Even though no one can prove it the war between the SOS and Kaos has increased dramatically to levels where people actually fear for their lives – with good reason: most members of these secret societies will do anything to keep their secrets safe.
After a summer vacation that made many reconsider their wants and needs, and the things they will need to sacrifice to get where they want to go in life, students are now back at Dane University. Some are trying to put the past behind them and get a fresh start: but everyone knows that dark secrets are hidden in every corner of the school and some people are dying to find out the truth. They don’t know what they’re getting themselves into. Are they ready to hear the truth? Are you?
My last advice before you start classes this semester? Be your own best friend – because that’s what everyone else will be.
