High school. two words that haunt most, but we all must trudge through it. Back in the day of our parents, bullies existed for sure. maybe our fathers were shoved into lockers. Maybe our mothers were picked on by the popular girls. They comfort us and say they had it rough, too. But what happens when the torture is online and impossible to remove or avoid? What happens when all of your secrets could be exposed in an instant? What happens when one single mysterious person has control of the entire school? Suddenly mom and dad can’t relate much.
This is what is happening at King River High School located in scenic King River, Rhode Island. Someone (most assume a student) is terrorizing the school with their site OMGossip. Headmaster Shepard has tried multiple times to shut the damned thing down, but it always pops back up less than twenty-four hours later. OMGossip has ruined friendships, relationships, family ties, hopes, dreams, and entire lives. No one knows who this mystery gossiper is, but everyone better watch their backs and keep their secrets to themselves. Because the line between life and ruin is thin as ice.
